ABOUT DR TERERAI TRENT (PHD)
Dr. Tererai Trent (PhD) is one of the most internationally recognized voices for the defense of quality education and the empowerment of women. Distinguished by Oprah Winfrey as one of her all-time favorite guests, Dr. Tererai Trent is an activist, motivational speaker, author, educator and founder of Tererai Trent International. She is an amazing woman and an inspiration to the world.
Dr. Tererai Trent is the living proof that education changes lives, creates new structures and saves those who have these opportunities. Dr. Tererai's objective is to raise funds with the objective of allowing 11 children who live in a rural area of Zimbabwe to go to college (of which 6 are girls). This will break the cycle of poverty and stop these children getting married before they are 18 years old.
Committed to helping these young people, she asks us for support so that we can join this cause and make it happen.
